Q. Do I need to be at home while my house is being cleaned?
A. Yes and no. For the initial cleaning, you will need to be present, but after this initial visit, the choice is yours. You may give us a key and alarm code, or leave a key in a safe place for each visit.

A. We are Insured and Bonded!
Q. What are your house cleaning rates?
A. Fees are based on your home size, condition, and frequency of our visits.
Q. How many people will be cleaning my home?
A. We generally work in teams of three-to-four, which includes a Team Leader.
Q. How do I pay for my house cleaning?
A. For the best value, we ask that you pre-pay or Pay Online securely with a credit card. You may also pay at the time of your service if you choose.
Q. Will I get the same crew each time?
A. Yes! This way, the crew knows your home and your needs. In the event of an employee illness or vacation, we will do our best to send at least one person from your regular crew.
Q. Do I need to sign a contract?
A. No. No contracts or long-term obligations!

A. We offer morning, afternoon and early evening appointments. Morning: 8:30-11:30; Afternoon: 12:00-3:00; Evening: 3:30-6:30
Q. If there is a problem, what should I do?
A. Speak to your Team Leader or call us immediately at 214-607-2034 and we will work with you and your team to correct any problems!
Q. Do you guarantee your work?
A. Yes. If we have not completed our job to your satisfaction, simply call our office at 214-607-2034 within 24 hours of your cleaning, and we will return to re-clean the area(s) that you are unsatisfied with.
Q. What if something gets broken?
A. We are human, which means accidents do happen occasionally. Natural Essence is Insured and will repair or replace anything that is broken or damaged as a result of an accident caused by one of our employees. Please call our office within 24 hours of your cleaning to notify us of any accidents! |
