Terms of Service

Security:
Natural Essence undertakes extreme measures to provide absolute security for your keys. Keys are color coded and assigned identification numbers. Keys are issued out to Team Leaders on the day of service, and are returned and secured at the day's end. For your safety, we do not return keys by mail. Keys are returned in-person and must be signed for. If lost or miscoded, we will cover the cost of key replacement or locksmith, up to $50.00.

Payment:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Personal Checks and Cash. A $25.00 fee is applied to all NSF or otherwise declined checks. For the best value, you may pre-pay for all services.

Guarantee and Refunds:
If we have not completed our job to your satisfaction, simply call our office at 214-607-2034 within 24 hours of your cleaning. We will return to re-clean the area(s) that you are dissatisfied with. Due to the subjective nature of house cleaning, we do not offer refunds.

Safety of Crew:
For our crew's safety, they do not move anything heavier than 35 lbs. Should you need cleaning behind heavy furniture or appliances, please move them prior to the cleaning to allow access to the target area.

Cancellation:
Should you need to cancel or skip your scheduled appointment, please notify Natural Essence a minimum of two (2) business days (48 hours) prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations within one-to-two (1-2) business days (24-48 hours) will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 1 (one) business day (24 hours) will incur a 100% fee.

Solicitation of Staff:
As a client, you must agree not to hire any present or former employee of Natural Essence.
